Stamping Scrap Conveyor
Over 75% of the major stamping plants in the United States have
Mayfran conveyors installed above and below the floor to transport
scrap from presses to central collection areas. Outside the plant
they use several different types of discharge systems designed and
engineered by Mayfran International. These systems feed balers,
trucks and rolloff boxes. Most are completely automated providing
hands-free load leveling and container selection

Mayfran Chip-Tote conveyors use a hinged steel belt to effectively
handle hot chips, wet chips, dry chips or borings, turnings and
other metal scrap. As a basic chip conveyor, they are often
installed on CNC machine tools, lathes and multifunctional lathes.
Chip-Totes are custom-engineered for a wide range of small scrap and
stamping applications.
