recycling, waste reduction, and waste handling equipment for metal
working. As part of our offering we provide Mayfran International's
ConSep Series®.
ConSep 2000 is an advanced chip removal/coolant cleaning system
designed to handle a multitude of metal chip types including the
more difficult to handle strings and turnings. Requiring little more
space than a standard Chip Tote, it’s actually a conveyor and a
coolant cleaner all in one compact unit.
ConSep 2000 removes ferrous or nonferrous fines, chips, turnings,
strings, curls or nests in one simple operation. Using a proven poly
fiber fine mesh filter cloth, coolant cleaning is comparable to any
competing product on the market today. The need for any further
coolant filtration is usually not required.
ConSep 2000 is available in three size configurations with
dimensions to fit most machine clearances.
