Sani-Tech Compactors

Sani-Tech Stationary Compaction Systems use detachable, Roll-Off, Receiver Bodies (10 to 47 yard capacities) to store compacted material prior to hauling. They are ideal for processing moderate to high volumes of wet and dry materials because they're 100% sealed and liquid tight when the components are together. Since the Receiver Bodies are the only parts that get handled by the Waste Hauler, high quantities of material can be disposed of and the greatest possible savings can be achieved.

Sani-Tech Front-Load Compaction Systems use detachable Receiver Bodies (2 to 6 yard capacities) that are emptied by standard Front- Load Garbage Trucks on site. They are ideal for processing low to moderate volumes of wet and dry materials because they're also 100% sealed and liquid tight when the components are together. Since the Receiver Bodies never leave the site, waste removal downtime is minimal.

The revolutionary design of our Stationary and Front-Load Compaction Systems provides superior wet and dry material containment. This is accomplished using fully gasketed Material Discharge Nozzles that penetrate 9" through relatively small, round, intake openings in our Receiver Bodies. Liquids are easily contained due to the augeh inherent mixing quality coupled with variable depth Receiver Body sumps. In applications where wet material volumes are extreme, fully integrated drain systems could be installed to allow liquids to escape in a safe and controlled manner prior to hauling. This would reduce the overall weight of the compacted material thereby increasing the amount of refuse that could be hauled as well as yielding significant cost savings. The small, round, intake openings in our Receiver Bodies play another very important role. Due to their small size, material spillage is virtually eliminated during Compactor separation.

The value of these features can't be stressed enough - By effectively controlling liquid waste and material spillage our Stationary and Front- Load compactors can be easily used in lieu of traditional Self-contained systems. In doing so, larger Receiver Bodies can be used, more trash can be hauled, hauling frequencies can be reduced and tremendous savings can be realized!
